House Details

Eagles Landing is professionally decorated by The Urban Cottage of Duck, NC with a Coastal Living style of bright colors in nautical and golf themes. The craftsman style interior has beautiful wood floors, doors, stairs, and rails, and there is extensive natural wood trim throughout the home. All kitchen and bar counter tops are granite. Our decorator blended all aspects of the home construction, building selections, furnishing, and accessories to produce a showcase home.

Main Living Area

The main living area is on the top level with the great room, kitchen, dining area with the kitchen / bar overlooking the great room. The craftsman style interior is based on beautiful natural wood trim and floors with very high vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, large panoramic windows, and granite counter tops. The house interior was professionally decorated by The Urban Cottage of Duck, NC with Coastal Living style of bright colors in nautical and golf themes.

Bedrooms

The house has five bedrooms and sleeps 12 people with a maximum of 8 adults. Each bedroom has its own patio door exit to the exterior deck and swimming pool. And each bedroom has a TV with cable service.

The laundry room is located on the lower level near the game room. There is a full size washer and dryer.

Outside

Private Pool & Hot Tub

The private pool and hot tub is located directly behind the house, and the area is surrounded by trees to provide lots of privacy.

  • The pool size is approximately 15 feet by 32 feet
  • The depth ranges from 3 to 6 feet
  • Pool is open from mid March to late October
  • The pool can be heated (additional charge) in the Spring and Fall months. It has a high powered propane heater which will warm the water on the chilliest of Spring days
  • The hot tub is submerged and built in to the ground. It is open all year long.
  • The pool area has an outdoor enclosed shower.

Decks / Porches

The house has extensive decking on two levels. The main deck on the top level spans the front, side, and rear of the house. This deck is accessed from two public patio doors in the main living area and from the Main Master Bedroom. The deck has a dining table and eight chairs. The mid level also has a deck spanning the side and rear of the house. Each of the bedrooms on this level can access the deck by patio door.

Parking

The house has a two car garage. There is a large wide driveway with plenty of parking for all your cars and room to get out without making somebody else move a car.
